Normally bleaching is not recommended because it is a very damaging process and will lower the quality of your hair extensions and shorten their lifespan if you have not co-wash them properly. So It is advised to have a professional stylist dye them for the best results.

      Your order will be shipped via FedEx or DHL. The international packages we ship are DDU (Unpaid Duties and taxes), which means that the price of the goods you purchase from our website does not include any duties, taxes and customs fees.

      If you are a customer outside the United States, local customs authorities will charge you applicable entry duties and taxes. These fees are paid to local authorities, not collected by HOTBRAIDS.

      To shorten shipping times, FedEx or DHL may pay any duties and taxes on your behalf when your package enters your country. After the goods are delivered, you may receive an invoice from them containing the fees they paid on your behalf at the destination.

      To receive a full refund you must cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase, otherwise a 10% fee will be charged.

      If the hair has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order (even if it is within the 48 hour time frame)

All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to track the return packages.

      Note: Most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. For more information, we recommend to contact your credit card provider.

      We will send you the new hair extensions after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were intact. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information of the set being returned, in order for us to process your exchange.

      We understand picking the right color and hair texture might be a bit difficult from a computer screen, so we are more than happy to accommodate exchanges of hair extensions that have NOT been used, worn or tampered with. Our Human braiding hair will be tied by elastic which identifies if the extensions have been taken out. Since human hair extensions are hygienic product, we take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients
