I changed my mind, how do I cancel my order?
To receive a full refund you must cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase, otherwise a 10% fee will be charged.
If the hair has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order (even if it is within the 48 hour time frame)
I typed wrong address, may I change the shipping address?
The order confirmation email will be sent to double check your shipping address.
If the hair has already been shipped, please note that you are responsible for any extra charges for shipping address changes.
* Taxes & Duties:
Your order will be shipped out via FedEx or DHL. The international packages we ship are DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), which means the price of the goods you purchase from our website does not include any duties, taxes, and customs charges.
If you are a customer outside of America, you will be charged applicable inbound duties, and taxes by your local Customs Authority. These fees are paid to your local government, not collected by Hotbraids.
To shorten transit time, FedEx or DHL may pay on your behalf for any duties and taxes when your package enters your country. You may receive an invoice from them after the delivery of goods, for the charges they have paid on your behalf at the destination.
As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on importing human hair extensions.
Exchange Policy
May I exchange my order?
We understand picking the right color and hair texture might be a bit difficult from a computer screen, so we are more than happy to accommodate exchanges of hair extensions that have NOT been used, worn or tampered with. Our Human braiding hair will be tied by elastic which identifies if the extensions have been taken out. Since human hair extensions are hygienic product, we take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients
a) You can contact with us([email protected]) within 72 hours after you received the item.
b) After we confirm your exchange request, we will give you a return address.
c) Please note that you are responsible for all exchange shipping costs associated with the retrun.
d) If you want to exchange a different item, please let us know, because you may need to pay the price difference. Please note that No Coupon Codes can be used on price difference.
e) We will send you the new hair extensions, after we received, inspected and confirmed that the returned extensions were not be used, altered and undamaged.
*Items that have been untied, washed, installed, chemically processed, dyed, excessively brushed or finger combed are not eligible for exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any return that is not returned in its original condition.
*Please note that the return shipping label is for domestic orders only. It's an international package so we do not have the shipping label service.
When will I receive my new exchange?
We will send you the new hair extensions after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were intact. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information of the set being returned, in order for us to process your exchange.

May I return my order?
Although we have very low return rates and we are so proud of our high quality human braiding hair that we offer, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns on hair extensions that have not been used, worn or tampered with. Please note that our Human Braiding Hair will be tied by elastic which identifies if the extensions have been taken out. d) The refund deducted $20 or $30 shipping fee will be issued from your original payment method after we received, inspected and confirmed that the returned extensions were not be opened, altered and undamaged.

When will I receive my refund?

Note: Most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.
